If your matter appears to be a good fit, we will send you a link to our Initial Consultation/Evaluation agreement. This is a limited, flat-fee engagement (not a full retainer). It allows us to speak with you in detail, review key documents, and give you a candid assessment of your options. You may e-sign the agreement and pay online.
Once the ICE agreement is signed and payment is received, you will receive a secure questionnaire and a private document-upload link. This allows us to prepare for your evaluation in advance and make the most of your time.
We schedule the Initial Consultation/Evaluation based on attorney availability; we do not use online self-scheduling. You will hear from us directly to confirm a time. The consultation is conducted by an attorney, not a paralegal or intake specialist.
If you decide to engage us for full representation after the ICE, we will send you an engagement agreement, IRS Form 2848 (Power of Attorney), a Kovel agreement (protecting your communications through our accountants), and any other documents required for your specific matter. We handle the paperwork. You focus on your situation.
